Unit One

Unit One was a complete community-product experiment that has, for now, come to a stop.

It gave me room to think about ownership of content, relationships between members, and community governance. It also made one lesson concrete: implementation is only part of a product; sustained care and shared understanding determine where a community goes.

I keep it here not because it is finished, but because experiments pursued seriously deserve a place of their own.
