Hello,
I am Kinda.

Kinda on the roadPortrait / Kinda

I write code, take photographs, and pay attention to life.

I like taking vague problems apart and rebuilding them into things that feel clear, useful, and a little warm. Development is how I understand the world; photography reminds me that not everything important needs an explanation.

This website is neither a résumé nor a content platform. It is a growing personal archive for long notes, light found on the road, products I have made, and thoughts that are not ready to be named.

What I do

A few threads I keep returning to — there is plenty beyond them. Each one names a product or notes you can check it against; the rest is scattered through this site.

    Agents and AI workflows

Wiring models into real processes rather than demos: multi-step agents, orchestrated automation, local-first retrieval and Q&A. Deciding which step should go to a model — and which should not — usually matters more than the wiring.

    Creator workstations

The whole chain from footage to publishing: editing, agent-assisted creation, automation, and posting across platforms. One person can still run content production like a pipeline.

  3. 03

    Full-stack products and mini programs

Next.js and FastAPI as the backbone, with object storage, graph databases and container deploys around them. Also a mini program past ten thousand daily actives, which teaches you which designs break first under real traffic.

    Shipping AI features

Local-first retrieval and Q&A, image generation pipelines, speech transcription. Ollama, FAISS, whisper.cpp, ComfyUI and LoRA training — and models moved onto the device.

    Devices and embedded

SwiftUI for iOS and macOS, and small embedded software too: control logic on the device, talking to hardware, feeding data back to a service I also run. Where resources are tight, the trade-offs matter more than the tricks.

    Taking products from zero

One person from idea to usable: direction, code, design, documentation, and staying with it. Everything I have built is still running, and open.

Ways to work together

Projects and longer arrangements are both welcome. These are the usual shapes — ask about anything that is not here.

Custom agents

Agents designed around your actual process: which tools they call, where a human confirms, how they back out when something fails. You get something that runs, not a deck.

Custom AI workflows

Turning repeated steps into orchestrated automation, connected to the systems and data you already have — after working out what is genuinely worth automating.

Creator workstation builds

A workstation of your own for content: footage, creation, publishing, and numbers coming back — paced by you rather than by the platforms.

Cross-border consulting

Technology choices, where to deploy, and how to structure accounts and content for going global. You are welcome to the potholes I have already hit.

Embedded software

Software for small devices: control logic, communication protocols, and talking to a service in the cloud. The kind that is modest in scale but has to stay up.

Project work

Projects with a clear goal and timeline are welcome: we straighten out the requirements together, then I deliver something you can ship.

Building a product together

You bring the idea and the context; I bring the engineering and design. Best for the stretch from nothing to something usable — and for staying with it.

Open source

Revornix, Mosael and @kinda/utils are all maintained. Issues and pull requests welcome.
